At Zeus & Miles, we want to get your vintage finds to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:
📦 Processing & Handling
- Out goal is to process and ship your order within [1-3] business days.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays (exceptions may apply)
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
🚚 Carriers & Responsibility
- We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.
- Carrier Responsibility: Please note that Zeus & Miles is not responsible for items once they have been handed over to the carrier for shipment. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
📍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather; we appreciate your patience as we are a small business!
🌍 International Shipping
- We currently ship [to the USA only / Worldwide].
- If international: Zeus & Miles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
✉️ Incorrect Shipping Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
